I am a licensed title insurance producer. The State of Indiana requires that any person who conducts a real estate closing on behalf of a title insurance producer or title insurance company in which a title insurance policy is issued or is to be issued must be a licensed title insurance producer. As a licensed title insurance producer/signing agent I understand the closing process as well as the various documents (purchase agreements, title commitments, closing disclosures, etc.) that buyers/sellers will have to sign. The price for this service varies depending on distance/miles traveled. Please call for a quote.
