Remote Online Notarization
When providing remote online notarization, documents are signed and notarized electronically. An audio visual/webcam connection is required for all remote online notarization scheduled bookings. Also, signer(s) must be available, and have an acceptable form of identification. Once you book a time to meet and your payment is received, a link will be provided for your notarization time and date. Mobile/Electronic Notarization
Virtual Notary Pros will travel to various places such as: hospitals, assistant living facilities, jails, doctor offices, schools, transitional housing, hospice, and houses of worship (just to name a few) to provide notarial services. Our mobile service fee starts at $25.00 and varies depending on the distance/miles that is required to travel. Please contact us for a quote.
Apostille Notarization Services
An apostille is a form of authentication established at the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. An apostille is used to authenticate public documents, certifying the authenticity of the issuing official’s or notary public’s signature on the document, the capacity in which the person has acted, and identifies the seal/stamp which the document bears. Apostilles are used as transmittal on documents executed in one subscribing country that are being sent to another subscribing country. Pricing varies for apostille notarization. Loan Signing Agent
I am a licensed title insurance producer. The state of Indiana requires that any person who conducts a real estate closing on behalf of a title insurance producer or title insurance company in which a title insurance policy is issued or is to be issued must be a licensed title insurance producer.
As a professional signing agent I am familiar with the various documents associated with refinances, reverse mortgages, home equity loans, and 1st mortgages. I understand the importance of having all required signatures within each section. Please call for a quote.
